Top 5: Frustration Continues At The Telugu Box Office

1) Gully Boy: Ranveer Singh is just unstoppable as he scores another blockbuster with his latest musical drama Gully Boy.

Ranveer’s terrific performance backed by superb music and extraordinary direction helped Gully Boy to strike a chord with the audience.

The film has had a fantastic first weekend across the multiplexes.

2) Dev: Even a good star cast that includes big names like Karthi, Rakul Preet Singh, Prakash Raj and Ramya Krishna couldn’t ensure decent opening for Dev.

A pointless script and lacklustre direction has been boring the audience to the core that Dev is struggling everywhere including Tamilnadu.

3) Lovers Day: A couple of viral videos and artificial hype aren’t just enough to make a film success at the box office.

All the hype has gone down the drain as the film couldn’t even make a mark in its opening weekend.

4) Yatra: Lack of entertainment and other commercial elements restricted the reach of a well-made film Yatra.

Nevertheless, the film is a profitable one for its makers as it fetched good non-theatrical deals besides doing average business at the box office.
