1) Venky Mama: The box office finally gets the much needed josh after a dull six weeks spell. Venky Mama has taken a bright start as expected and posted superb numbers in its first weekend.
The real test begins from Monday as the film was sold for a considerably high prices compared to Venkatesh and Chay’s other movies.
2) Jumanji – The Next Level: The film isn’t really ‘next level’ compared to its predecessor, but the success of first part ensured decent opening for the sequel. Jumanji 2 had a very good weekend at the multiplexes.
3) Arjun Suravaram: Nikhil’s film took a big hit with Venky Mama drawing full attention of the cinemagoers. Nevertheless, Arjun Suravaram is a successful venture for Nikhil who has had a dry spell at the box office for a long time.
4) Pati Patni Aur Woh: Kartik Aryan scored another hit with Pati Patni Aur Woh. The film raked in Rs. 70 Cr nett collections at the Indian box office. Bhumi Pednekar continues to be a part of successful films.
5) 90ML: Karthikeya’s 90ML ended up as a disaster at the box office. The actor suffered four flops in a row in this year, but is still getting good offers. His next is produced by Geetha Arts 2.
