Vijay Got Nothing to Miss in India

The flamboyant business tycoon, liquor king, baffled in whopping 9000 crore extradition case and ‘forced in exile,’ says that there’s nothing to miss about India.

Vijay Mallya, the boss of Kingfisher airlines, when asked if he misses India said that his close ones stay in England or the US. So, family wise there is nothing to miss about in India.

However, the Indian court, CBI and banks who lent him loans seem to miss him a lot. The money laundering case filed against Mallya in July involves loan worth 900 crores from IDBI KFA bank. The investigators are doing everything possible to tighten the case and prepare for next hearing on extradition case in December in UK.

Mallya left India and fled to UK in 2016. If found guilty, Mallya will be lodged in high security prison Barrack no 12 in Arthur Road Jail, Mumbai.

So far, Mallya has an upper hand in the case. There is a narrow chance for appeal for Indian government.
