Former minister Mukesh Goud’s son Vikram Goud, who was recently attacked by a few assailants at his residence, has been named as A-1 in the case after cops found that Vikram was the mastermind behind attack on himself. Cops who is probing the issue, gathered all necessary evidences including the statements of the three accused and arrested Vikram Goud on Wednesday. According to police, the accused stated that they acted at the behest of Vikram himself.
Cops shocked to found that the team had been conducting recce at Vikram’s residence for the last 6 months. Vikram said to have removed the CCTVs near his house 3 months ago and planned it masterfully to showcase it as an attack on him. While the exact reasons for this act of Vikram are not known yet, it is suspected that Vikram’s political ambitions, wanting to become popular and financial issues could have forced him to take this step in order to garner sympathy from people, from his own family members.
Police gave clean-chit to Vikram’s wife in the issue and stated that she is unaware of the proceedings although she followed her husband’s instructions. Cops are expected to present the accused in front of media today so that more details would be out.
