All roads are cleared for the YS Rajasekhar Reddy’s biopic “Yatra”. The film was to face direct competition from the second part of NTR Biopic but things have changed now.
With “NTR Mahanayakudu” is out of the race in the first week of February, “Yatra” gets full advantage of the season.
Will the team of “Yatra” use this great opportunity to create right buzz to get terrific openings?
As of now, “Yatra” is low on publicity front. Despite generating amazing response for the trailer, the team has not further created hype around it.
They have failed to utilize the momentum. Since there is no direct competition to the movie, they should bank on this.
“Yatra” centers on Dr Y S Rajasekhar Reddy’s famous pada yatra that made him capture the seat of power in Andhra Pradesh in 2004.
Malayalam megastar Mammootty is essaying YSR’r role. Directed by Mahi Raghav, the biopic on YSR is slated for Feb 8, 2019 release.
