YSRCP – BJP Merger In Discussions?

Has YS Jagan Mohan Reddy found his first and new ally for coming elections in 2019? – it looks like the leader of opposition has involved in talks with one of the national parties I.e BJP and readying to enter into a partnership with NDA.

According to the latest report revealed by Arnab Goswami’s Republic TV channel, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is keen to join hands with the saffron party and G Janardhan Reddy of Bharatiya Janata Party is holding the mediation talks between two parties.

Amit Shah-led BJP came to power with a strong anti-corruption campaigning by the current PM Narendra Modi during 2014 polls and it’s given them a clear majority. But, the numbers for party were marginal from South India and since then, their plan was to get Jagan Reddy merge his party in Andhra and onboard Rajini in Tamil Nadu to win more number of MP seats in coming polls.

Apparently, the YSRCP-BJP partnership will separate TDP from alliance and it is completely difficult to imagine the two opposite faces of AP coming under one roof. However, we cannot confirm the reliability of this news.
