As the YSR Congress party is in no mood to back off on the abolition of the legislative council, there will be two vacant ministries in the state.
YSRCP senior leader Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose and Mopidevi Venkata Ramana were present when the assembly passed the bill for the cancellation of legislative assembly. They spoke in the favour of the council cancellation and said that the legislative council is unnecessary for the state.
Now, both of them have filed nominations for the Rajya Sabha seats and there will be no hurdles for them to grab those chairs. The cancellation of legislative assembly will take more time as the center has to give a nod for the passage of the bill in the parliament.
As Bharatiya Janatha Party formed an alliance with Pawan’s Janasena, the above-mentioned scenario is less likely to happen in the near future. Hence Jagan wants to give Rajya Sabha seats to Bose and Venkata Ramana and there will be two vacant ministries whom he can nominate at his will.
After having a look at the local body election results and the performances, he will fill those two vacant seats.
