The biggest blockbuster in Bollywood has already been declared by netizens and it is Ajay Devgn starrer ‘Tanhaji’.
It is known that the movie theatres are closed since March this year as a result there are no theatrical releases since then.
There is no sign of reopening of theatres for a couple of more months. As the film shoots have got disturbed no major films hitting the screens this year.
Aamir Khan’s film ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ postponed to next year and Akshay Kumar’s films are taking the OTT route.
Except for Salman Khan’s ‘Radhe’, no other big-ticket film is ready for release this year that can beat the collections of ‘Tanhaji’.
No one is able to predict the audience’s behavior after the theatres are reopened. Considering the social distancing measures, the theatrical collections will reduce drastically.
These developments suggest that ‘Tanhaji’ will remain as the highest grosser of the year 2020.
We can say that 2020 belongs to Ajay Devgn.
