3 More International Awards In The Bag For ‘RRR’!

The stupendous run of ‘RRR’ continues as the movie is bagging awards from all across the globe. This high-budget action drama is getting nominated for prestigious awards that no Indian maker dared to dream and Rajamouli and RRR’s name is reverberating all over the world.

His magnum opus got nominated at the Golden Globe Awards in two categories. While the first one is in the ‘Best Picture’ (Non English Language) category and ‘Best Original Song’ (Naatu Naatu). The movie got UK’s BAFTA nominations and Rajamouli recently won the New York Film Critics Circle award in the Best Director category. Now, the team officially announced that it won awards for the Best Foreign Language Film, Best Cinematography and Best Score/Soundtrack in the Philadelphia Film Critics Circle.

As soon as the movie was released on Netflix, the movie became instantly popular in the international market too. Hard work never fails and it gifts you great results. ‘RRR’ collected around 1200 crores and is aiming to grab the Oscars as well. Let us not get ahead of ourselves and wish for the best. It looks like ‘RRR’ team is not going to stop breaking records any time soon.

‘RRR’ is produced by DVV Danayya on a budget of over 400 crores. The lead actors delivered spectacular performances and MM Keeravani is the music composer who is one of the main pillars in the film’s success. Alia Bhatt is playing the role of Sita in this film while Ajay Devgn appears in a brief role. Olivia Morris is also a part of the film and she looked very cute.

Apart from a few noted Hollywood actors, ‘RRR’ has actors like Shriya Saran, Rajeev Kanakala, Samuthirakani and others did key roles. NTR will be seen as Komaram Bheem while Ram Charan plays the role of Alluri Seetha Ramaraju in this massive film which is set in the backdrop of the pre-Independence era. Both of them are enjoying the humongous success of this pan-Indian film. Senthil Kumar is the director of photography while Sabu Cyril is the production designer. Srinivas Mohan is the VFX supervisor for this huge project. Rama Rajamouli is the costume designer.
