Koratala Spent 1 Crore To Get The Story?

Writer and director Koratala Siva is known for his three big hits these days including Mirchi, Srimanthudu and Janata Garage. All the stories and dialogues for these films are written by himself while his next film has a big surprise in fact.

Already it’s known that Mahesh Babu’s “Bharat, Anu Nenu” being directed by Koratala Siva, has a story provided by a new writer. As the story of Srimanthudu even went into some controversies with a writer knocking court doors accusing Mahesh and Koratala of plagiarism, our talented director is not taking any chances.

An exclusive source revealed that director Srihari Nanu who has made films like Thakita Thakita and Satyabhama charged a hefty price to provide this story for Mahesh Babu’s film. Koratala Siva is said to have paid nearly 1 crore to bag the story from Srihari as the story happens to be quite exciting one with terrific twists and screenplay.

There is no wrong in directing someone else’s story, but what is surprising here is, a writer-director like Srihari Nanu who didn’t make any hit film earlier is charging a crore to give the story. Is it because he’s giving the story to Koratala and Mahesh? Or the story is really worth a crore?
