SS Karthikeya’s name may not strike a bell instantly. But he is quite familiar in industry circles as son of SS Rajamouli and Rama Rajamouli. While his dad is acclaimed director, his mom is popular costume designer. Karthikeya assists his parents in film production and also takes care of a digital media team who handle social promotions of films.
However what come as a shocker is that he himself divulged it and also shared an incident when he was caught by police for drunken driving.
When asked about whether he has been to police station before, Karthikeya gave some shocking reply. Speaking at the audio function of a film last night, he admitted that he was caught by police for drinking and driving. First he mimed through his gestures hinting that he was caught for drunken drive. And he said it in words too.
“I did know that drunken driving is offense. But I didn’t know that drinking while driving was also offense. Since I didn’t know, I continued drinking while driving after drunk (at a place). ”
Was Karthikeya joking on dais? Or Was he really saying it in front of all with proud?
