Ever since he started speaking on the stage at Padi Padi Lechenu Manasu pre-release event, Stylish Star Allu Arjun is seen uttering the word ‘garu’ behind every name he uttered there. From Sharwa to Hanu Rahgavapudi, Sai Pallavi to music director Vishal he has addressed everyone with ‘garu’.
Explaining the same, the mega hero went on taking the class to certain sections of the society. Firstly he said, “Few people are asking me why I am calling Sharwanad as Sharwa garu. Because he has earned this place after lot of hard work and after crossing many hurdles. It’s not a cakewalk for him in the industry where there are people like us who are brand ambassadors of nepotism. So I want to give that respect to him though in private we call each other with names”.
Then he added, “These days everyone developed this habit of calling these respected celebs and politicians with their names. One says KCR, one says Chandrababu. You have to call him Chandrababu garu. It’s not Pawan Kalyan, it is Pawan Kalyan garu!”
And the mega expression of him went like this: “And someone on TV was actually yelling, call Chiranjeevi. What? Chiranjeevi aah? It’s Chiranjeevi garu! Give them respect. They earned it very hard way”
That explains many things, and definitely many have to learn this aspect of calling everyone with the suffix “Garu”.
