Young Telngana NRI killed in Chicago

A 32-year-old Arshad Mohammed was killed in a car crash yesterday who was pursuing an orthodontics course in Chicago, US. He originally hails from Vikarabad, Telangana district. The reason was reported that the opposite driver who was driving a blue Volkswagen headed on the wrong side of the road.

Arshad is studying an advanced medical course at the Illinois Univerity along with his sister. He went to the US for higher studies and his family lives in the Andhra Pradesh Housing Board Colony, Vikarabad. As per the cops, the accident involved multi-cars where others have succumbed to injuries. However, all others were said to be stable now.

Currently, his family is on way to Chicago to pay Mohammed’s last rites. Just a week ago, another man from Andhra was killed in an accident in Pittsburgh while he was repairing his car on the side of the road. The list of Indians getting killed in the US is rapidly increasing.

Arshad Mohammed is said to be a recipient of the American Institute of Orthodontics Award and Dr.Alan C.Peterson Scholarship Award. He had an immense passion for dentistry, as per his friends.
