Twitter Review: ‘Majili’, first day, first show

Naga Chaitanya will hope to end his dry spell at the box-office with Majili, the romantic drama in which he has paired up with his wife Samantha.

Chaitanya has been struggling to find success post Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam. He tried his hand at action and masala genres that are not his forte.

Chay is back to his comfort zone with Majili. All of Chaitanya’s hits were romantic dramas and Majili is helmed by Siva Nirvana who made an impressive debut with Ninnu Kori.

Although Majili is a romantic drama, Chay plays an interesting character that appears different from his previous movies.

He will be seen as a struggling man who couldn’t get over his past and couldn’t settle in life. He depends on his wife’s income to survive. Majili’s promos have been impressive and have set high expectations on the film.

We brings to you the Majili experience and all the excitement of this gripping fare live via tweet review.

Movie begins with Poorna (Chaitanya) introduced as former cricketer. He takes a room in Taj Hotel and goes into flashback.

Flashback ends. And a fight sequence.

Interval bang

First Half: Film is plain. Couple of moments are good. Mostly nostalgic trip. Second half should be key.

Second half begins with Samantha and Chaitanya’s married life.

Family problem scenes are going on

Flashback: Now from the point of view of Samantha. While he was in love with Divyansha, Samantha was also in love with him secret. It was one side love for her.

A very good scene between Rao Ramesh and Samantha.

Now time is for “One boy one girl”.
