In a surprise and shocking thing, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has got support from none other than Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan. The Pak PM opined that if Modi wins for the second time, the peace dialog between India and Pakistan on Kashmir can move further and the valley would find a solution.
Imran Khan was interviewed by a group of foreign journalists and when asked about his comments on Indian elections, the former cricketer turned politician said so. “If the Congress party comes into power in New Delhi, then the Kashmir issue will not get a solution because it will be scared of the opposition. BJP which is a right wing, can reach for some kind of settlement,” said Imran Khan.
The leaders of Jammu & Kashmir have slammed the Pak PM for his comments but none of them caught the true intentions of Imran Khan here. He clearly said in his comments that BJP neither lets the party in government to talk nor brings a permanent solution to the Kashmir issue which is pending ever since the partition.
Adding further he said, Kashmir is a political struggle and military action will yield nothing and it will be people of Kashmir who will suffer the most. Also the Pak PM stated that Muslims in India are leaving in fear over extreme Hindu-ism which is being encouraged by the ruling BJP.
