Deeply Upset Ex-MLA resigns to TRS

Former TRS MLA and TSRTC chairman Somarapu Satyanarayana has resigned to the party. Somarapu represented Ramangundam assembly constituency in the past and in the December elections, he lost to independent candidate Korkanti Chander.

Somarapu cited many reasons for his resignation and accused Chennur MLA Balka Suman and others for his defeat in the assembly elections. After Korkanti Chander coming to the party, Somarapu is getting secondary treatment and this did not go down well with him. Also in the membership drive, he was not invited while his supporters are overlooked. This has upset Somarapu like anything and decided to leave the party.

“I have worked for the party and KCR himself offered me TSRTC chairman post looking at my work. But leaders in TRS don’t have discipline. They are sidelining me for party related activities,” is what Somarapu said to his men.

We hear that Somarapu is in touch with Telangana BJP leadership and might take a call. BJP which is also looking at TRS leaders who are upset with leadership might take Somarapu into the party.
