It’s all about ‘Article 370’ since morning and never ending discussions are going on all over the country. The Parliament too is debating about it with wide perspective and it’s the one man’s words the nation is looking forward for and he is none other than Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
After hosting the cabinet meeting, union home minister Amit Shah directly reached Parliament, announced scrapping up off Articles 35A and 370. All these developments happened in a matter of time. But Modi did not attend the Parliament sessions today and restricted himself to his Race Course Road residence. Nonetheless it’s the responsibility of the Prime Minister to reveal his opinion to the entire country especially to the people of Jammu & Kashmir state.
On that note, Modi will address the nation on August 7th, confirmed the BJP sources. After the cabinet meet, Modi spoke to President of India, Vice-President and all the Chief Ministers of respective states. Modi also sought the support of ruling parties MPs to pass the bill in Parliament. Seems like Modi and Shah have done extensive ground work before taking a decision on Jammu & Kashmir.
