Prominent lawyer Harish Salve is deeply upset by the untimely death of politician Sushma Swaraj. Harish was shocked to hear the news as he spoke to Sushma just an hour before she suffered a cardiac arrest at her residence in Jantar-Mantar.
As per a national media report, Sushma dialed Harish around 8:50 PM and asked him to come and collect Rs 1 fee. Harish had represented India at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case in which the final verdict came in favour of India.
In the conversation, Harish said he would definitely come to collect the precious fees and on August 7th, he was supposed to visit Sushma’s residence at around 6’o clock. Harish further added that it was an emotional conversation.
Sushma Swaraj, the 67 year old BJP leader passed away on Tuesday night. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President of India Ramnath Kovind, LK Advani and others have paid rich tributes to her.
