Producers Guild members including Dil Raju has other day clarified that they are not going to allow any films of happening heroes and producer to clash with each other. But it looks like three upcoming films that have second-grade heroes Sai Dharam Tej, Nithin and Sharwanand are clashing at the box office.
Though the box office is currently excited about Saaho, then Sye Raa and films like Gang Leader, Valmiki in between, these heroes are worried about locking their own date. We have Nithin’s upcoming film Bheeshma that has Chalo fame Venky Kudumula directing it, slated for December December 21st release.
Now, Sharwanand’s 96 movie remake with Samantha, and Sai Dharam Tej – Maruthi’s Prathiroje Pandage is also set for the same date, maybe a day in advance on Dec 20th, say reports. At a time when producers are worried about losing the money by pitting their films against each other, we wonder how come these three films are aiming for the same date.
The only reason for this date becoming very important is that in the next week there is a Christmas holiday in the middle. With not much holidays around, one wonders what is the use of this proposed clash.
