Varun Tej shared a feel-good picture of completing the Green India Challenge successfully on his Twitter today. As a protocol, the actor nominated Tamannaah and Sai Pallavi to take up the challenge. Earlier, Akhil took up the challenge and nominated Naga Chaitanya and Varun Tej to continue it.
The chain started when TRS MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar had given actor Akhil Akkineni the Green India Challenge. It is known that many famous personalities, including socialites and politicians, took the Green India Challenge and Telanganaku Haritha Haram.
Varun Tej tweeted that he was busy for taking up the challenge a bit earlier. “But it is never too late to do a good deed,” he said. As we know, Varun was busy with Gaddalakonda Ganesh, which became super hit at the box office, amassing a total gross of Rs.20 crores(Telugu states) so far in two weeks.
The Green India challenge is all about putting efforts to increase the tree plantations in the city. The chain of Akhil to Chaitu and Varun Tej is now passing on to Sai Pallavi and Tamannaah.
