AP CM YS Jagan has promised many YSRCP leaders that he would give them an opportunity in his government. In the first cabinet expansion, Jagan preferred many newcomers and a few experienced. To the upset leaders, he assured that he would reshuffle cabinet after two and half years. As per the latest developments, Jagan might go for cabinet shuffle way before than expected time.
Going by the reports coming from AP political circles, Jagan is looking to induct YSRCP firebrand leader Roja and Speaker Tammineni Sitharam in the cabinet. The Nagari MLA is being considered for the Home ministry while senior leader Dharmana Prasad is likely to be made AP Assembly speaker.
There are also reports that Jagan is not happy with the working style of current home and deputy minister Mekathoti Sucharita. She might be allotted different portfolio and there are high chances of Roja getting Home ministry.
The political tension atmosphere is also one of the reasons, Jagan is in thoughts of cabinet reshuffle. How far are these reports true? Jagan might take a few more days to get a clarity and until then we need to wait.
