Anushka Shetty’s speech at 15 years celebration event was rather short and sweet. She has thanked all her directors right from Puri Jagannadh (Super) to Hemanth (Nishabdham). She said every director, every film and every role has special importance.
She was humble enough to admit that her knowledge in cinema was so little when she had made her debut with Super and how she learnt things with films and credited her directors for her success. She thanked every member of her upcoming film Nishabdham which is slated for April 2nd release.
However, when she almost concluded her speech, Charmi took over the mike from Suma and questioned Anushka about her impending wedding. Charmi asked Anushka, “Pelli Eppudu?” To this, Anushka replied saying, “I also have one question. Pelli Eppudu? I also don’t know.” Puri Jagannadh came in between and said, “I don’t like heroines getting married. So just stay like this.”
Anushka looks confused to Puri’s impromptu statement and she doesn’t know what to say on Puri’s request to not get married. However, Anushka said, “Everyone will get to know when I’m getting married for sure.” So, Anushka has indicated that she would get married for sure and she is also keen and eager to get hitched based on her question, “Pelli Eppudu?”
