Amitabh Bachchan shares a happy note on granddaughter Navya’s graduation day

Amitabh Bachchan’s’ granddaughter Navya successfully graduated in New York on Wednesday, and Big B took to social media to pen a celebratory message. On this occasion, he shared how they celebrated Navya’s’ huge day at his home in Jalsa, since the graduation function has been stalled because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The star kid, nonetheless, isn’t dejected and rather opted for a mini graduation ceremony at their home in Mumbai. Big B and his son Abhishek Bachchan felt jubilant and shared videos and pictures of Navya’s achievement.

Grand daughter Navya the most important day in the life of a young student – Graduation Day .. ! She graduated from College in New York, but ceremony and presence got cancelled because of global lockdown.

“She could not go, we too had all planned to be with her on this important occasion but she though wanted to wear that Graduation gown and cap . He also added that the staff stitched her a gown and cap resembling an original one. she wore it and celebrated at home in Jalsa. “Love you Navya.. God bless such a positive and happy attitude. Love you,” Big B wrote.

Navya’s’ mom, Shweta Bachchan also too took to insta to wish her and shares since there was difficulty in marking her graduation grandly, their staff made a DYI cap and gown with a chart paper and a gown hand-stitched from scraps of black leftover tent. Even Abhishek Bachchan congratulated his niece for making him proud as mamu.

Navya Naveli Nanda is the elder kid of Shweta Bachchan Nanda and her significant half Nikhil Nanda, who is a business magnate.
