Due to an unexpected coronavirus pandemic, all the film schedules have gone haywire. Big-budget films have also been postponed. The magnum opus RRR also got delayed and it’s now affecting Megastar Chiranjeevi’s highly-anticipated film Acharya.
It is already a known fact that Mega Power Star Ram Charan is doing a cameo role in Acharya. The makers of Acharya are eagerly waiting for Ram Charan to join their team. A couple of days back, Megastar requested Rajamouli to plan and manage Ram Charan’s dates so that he can complete Acharya’s shoot first. Jakkana agreed to Megastar’s request and decided to focus on NTR’s portion after completing Ram Charan’s portion.
However, now, if the latest reports are to be believed, as Acharya’ shoot is getting delayed further, Rajamouli reportedly took a decision to complete the pending talkie part of Ram Charan first so that he can move on to Acharya shoot later. It looks like this adjustment (Rajamouli’s reverse gear) came as a big pause to the Acharya team as Koratala Siva is planning to complete the project as soon as possible.
Well, it is heard that RRR shoot may resume from June-end or July first week and Acharya shoot may begin from August.
