It is known that the AP high court didn’t permit Atchannaidu to shift to a Corporate hospital despite his worsened medical condition and asked the ACB officials to investigate him within the hospital in the presence of the lawyers. Now, Atchannaidu who has got ample time to give Jagan and ACB officials a tough time just started to trouble the investigation.
The ACB officials questioned Atchannaidu about his recommendation to a particular company in the Telehealth services issue and they asked him if it meant the tenders should be given to the respective company because of Atchannaidu’s signature was present on a document that is related to tenders?
Atchannaidu, sensationally said that he was not even the minister of the state at the time of the purchases of the TeleHealth Services equipment that is in question and said that he didn’t receive any file related to those purchases when he was the minister. “I just suggested to research how other states have been implementing certain strategies during the purchases of this kind of equipment and just signed on the minutes document,” Atchannaidu stated to the ACB officials.
This is a big point raised by Atchannaidu and it is true that he was not even the minister of the state at the time of purchase. But the ACB officials are quite sure that he somehow influenced the entire transaction using his power and showing bias against a certain company. So, let’s see how it goes.
