It is being said that amid this COVID-19 ruckus, AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy is quietly shifting all his administration sectors in the proposed capital Vishakapatnam from Amaravati. Everyone knows that there is no stopping the desire and determination AP CM in any issue and it seems the same case in the capital shift too.
In the meanwhile, in. order trouble the proceedings of the YSRCP government, TDP’s MLC Deepak Reddy filed a petition Supreme Court. He asserted that the AP government has been very constitutional these days as they introduced the same bills in the assembly and council for the second time which were rejected and sent to the select committee earlier.
TDP’s logic is also very clear that unless a select committee produces a favorable report and the legislative council agrees for the CRDA and capital decentralization bills, nothing can move from Amaravati to Vizag. So, Deepak Reddy went straight to Supreme Court stating that the government has neglected the decision of the council chairman which is strictly unconstitutional and unethical as well.

Now, a new gossip arose from Jagan’s office that the YSRCP is planning to get the governer’s signature to clear all pending fields for the capital decentralization bill as they have that option for any kind of bill that is rejected in council. Recently, the same happened in the issue of currency exchange bill of the state budget and the same trick is going to be used by Jagan Mohan Reddy for capital decentralization too.
If the opposition won’t retaliate swiftly and come up with an effective defense, Jagan will start ruling the state with Vishakapatnam as the capital and all their efforts will go in vain.
