Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy has met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi today, and is said to have discussed several important issues regarding Andhra Pradesh. Jagan is said to have requested the Prime Minister to offer the latter’s full support to Andhra Pradesh, and to fulfill all the promises the Center had made during the time of bifurcation.
As many as 17 issues are said to have been discussed by the CM with the PM, of which CBI investigation into Amaravati land discrepancies might be one – there’s no official information as of yet. On the other hand, rumors are circulating all over the media, suggesting that the YSRCP is planning to join the NDA very soon. If this comes to fruition, then there are high chances that the YSRCP will get some major Ministries once it is a part of the NDA.
