Jagan crossed all his limits: PIL filed in Supreme Court

The sensational press meet of AP government adviser Ajay Kallam is still sending ripples in AP. Several developments have taken place in this regard. Many people are opposing the AP government’s words and terming them as ‘manipulative’ and the YSRCP supporters are supporting the meet.

Meanwhile, a lawyer has recently filed a petition in the Supreme Court. He demanded the supreme court that actions should be taken against the AP Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy. He alleged that Jagan has crossed all his boundaries as Chief Minister. This PIL has been filed by Supreme Court Advocate Sunil Kumar Singh.

The media conference organized by the AP government against the sitting AP High Court judge was termed as a three-pronged violation of the Constitution. The reason for the PIL is that during his swearing-in as the Chief Minister, Jagan broke his oath that he would show true faith in the Constitution of India, loyalty, and respect for the judiciary.

In addition, the lawyer stated in his pill that it violated Articles 121 – 211 of the Constitution. He demanded that certain action should be taken against Chief Minister Jagan so that he cannot hold a media conference against the judges in the future. He also demanded that strict action be taken against the government.

It is noteworthy that Sunil Kumar Singh has demanded that show-cause notices be issued to find out why violations have been committed and why no action had been taken so far. This PIL is yet to come to trial and we have to see how the Supreme Court responds to this.
