Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan has demanded that everyone should condemn the demolition of the idol of Kodandarama on Bodhikonda in Vijayanagaram district’s Ramatirtha temple.
In the manner in which the idol was destroyed, Pawan said that it is distressing to see that the head of Rama idol disappears.
Pawan Kalyan has expressed anger over the destruction of idols and temple chariots in AP for over a year.
The culmination of that seems to be the incident that happened in Ramatirtha. He said that taking away part of the idol’s head was an act of insanity.
He appealed to the Union Home Ministry to focus on the attacks on temples in the state. Pawan demanded an inquiry with the CBI into the series of incidents happening in AP.
