Aankhen 2 is one of the most prestigious and anticipated projects that has an ensemble star studded cast. This multistarrer had several changes before finalizing the cast. Aankhen-2 now features Amitabh Bachchan, Sidharth Malhotra, and Akshaye Khanna. Sidharth worked with Akshaye Kanna earlier in Ittefaq wherein the former will share the screen space for the first time with Amitabh Bachchan.
Aankhen that starred Big B, Paresh Rawal, and Akshay Kumar back in 2002, was a unique subject and far ahead of time. The flick portrayed three blind men successfully robbing a bank. Now after almost two decades, Abhinay Deo is prepping to direct its sequel.
On contrary to original, the sequel will be an absolutely original and different script nonetheless will go along the lines of similar thrill elements like in the first part.
Speculations are rife that Sunil Grover will be the new add on as the fourth actor including the three. Reports reveal that Abhinay Deo directorial is all set to begin in May. Director already planned UK and Bulgaria as shoot locations for filming, if things pan out well, the first schedule will begin on May 20.
Amitabh Bachchan as Vijay Singh Rajput will essay the main villain role, where he would set free from imprisonment with an expensive heist planned and will lead a new group of blind men – Akshaye Khanna, Sidharth Malhotra, and Sunil Grover to rob a gaming establishment.
