TPCC president Uttam Kumar Reddy said it was the primary responsibility of governments to provide treatment and support the poor suffering from the corona. Currently, he is being treated at the AIG Hospital in Gatchibauli for corona. recently, he released a video message from the hospital. In the video, he demanded the government to include corona treatment in the Aarogya Sree scheme.
Uttam Kumar asked the government to provide minimum facilities to the patients. He said it is the minimum responsibility of the government to provide patients with beds, oxygen, and Remedesivir without any shortage. He was incensed that the central and state governments had failed to curb the spread of corona. Uttam said that he would be discharged from the hospital in two to three days.
