Dhulipalla Narendra was in ACB custody

ACB officials have taken Dhulipalla Narendra Kumar, a former MLA and TDP senior leader into custody on charges of irregularities in Sangam Dairy. He was shifted from Rajahmundry Central Jail. Authorities took the scoundrel into custody for five days. He was brought to Vijayawada from Rajahmundry Central Jail after the ACB court allowed him five days of custody. Sangam Dairy MD Gopalakrishnan and former co-operation officer Gurunatham were also taken along with Narendra.

The ACB special court allowed them to take into remand until the 5th of this month. Narendra’s daughter, who came to see her father in ACB custody, burst out into tears. However, the High Court dismissed the petition filed by Narendra Kumar challenging his remand.
