Popular Tamil actor, producer and writer Venkat Subha died of Covid-19 in Chennai. He breathed his last at 12.48 am on May 29 at a private hospital.
As per reports, he was being treated for the disease for 10 days and he stopped responding to medications on Saturday. Reports state that the actor’s health condition deteriorated after which they shifted him to the ICU (Intensive Care Unit).
Venkat Subha was known for his contribution to the Tamil film industry. He worked in films like Radha Mohan’s Mozhi (2007), Azhagiya Theeye (2004) and V Priya’s Kanda Naal Mudhal (2005) among others. He also acted in several Tamil TV serials.
Venkat Subha’s death has shocked Kollywood. Several celebrities including Radikaa Sarathkumar and Prakash Raj extended their condolences.
