YSRCP Rebel MP Raghu Ramakrishna Raju looks like he’s about to investigate all the cases of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, out of vengeance for getting him arrested, and for the alleged third degree he was subjected to, while under custody.
RRR recently filed a Public Interest Litigation in the Telangana High Court, in which he urged the CBI and the ED to properly investigate all the cases filed on Jagan. In the petition, RRR noted that the CBI and the ED left out important findings in the cases related to Jagan, and requested for them to look into these details keenly. Apart from this PIL, RRR had already filed a petition to revoke Jagan’s bail, in the CBI Court, earlier this year. On the 8th of this month, RRR, along with Jagan and the CBI, have to submit their counter petitions in this case. In RRR’s bail revocation petition, Jagan’s future depends upon what the CBI says in its statement. If the CBI says that Jagan did not misuse his power, he will be a free man. However, if the CBI says that he did, then his future is questionable.
When Lakshmi Narayana was the JD of the CBI, he went to the depths of the illegal assets case on Jagan. He is said to have written letters to several countries, where Jagan is said to have deposited his money. This investigation stopped right there, with no one else taking it forward. RRR is expected to bring out this issue in the High Court, and request for an inquiry into it.
RRR’s letters have already become a major problem for the Jagan government, and now his cases have turned out to become an even greater problem for the Jagan government. Judging by the way RRR is filing continuous petitions on Jagan, it seems as though he would investigate all of these issues on his own, if necessary.
