Megastar Chiranjeevi is working on the remake of the Malayalam film ‘Lucifer’ right now while his ‘Acharya’ with Koratala Siva has almost been wrapped up. The shooting of ‘Lucifer’ remake started recently and the makers are filming it on a grand scale by roping in top technicians and artists. We all know that Megastar is going to celebrate his birthday on Sunday and there are a lot of treats planned for his fans.
One of them is a huge update from his upcoming film under the direction of Meher Ramhesh. This is a remake of Tamil hit film ‘Vedalam’ starring Ajith and Shruti Hassan. The makers of the Telugu remake officially revealed a poster which says, “Get ready for MEGA EUPHORIA on the occasion of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s birthday.” This huge treat for fans will be unveiled tomorrow at 9 AM. Fans are hyped up to know more about it and Ramabrahmam Sunkara is bankrolling this prestigious project under ‘AK Entertainments’ banner along with ‘Creative Commercials’ banner. Let us wait and see what the team has in store for us. As we know, Meher Ramesh made movies like ‘Kantri’, ‘Billa’, ‘Shakti’ and ‘Shadow’ in the past.
‘Lucifer’ remake is directed by Mohan Raja and Thaman is composing the music. Coming to ‘Acharya’, Chiru’s work is yet to be completed as there are a few combination shots with Charan and a song left to shoot. The filming of these scenes depends on the dates allotted by Megastar and Mega Power star. We need to see how Chiru adjusts his dates whilst working on ‘Lucifer’. There are no updates from this film. A small teaser was released last year and the first song came out before summer which got a decent response. We need to wait and see what happens next.
‘Acharya’ has Pooja Hegde will be seen as his romantic interest of Charan while Kajal is the heroine of Chiranjeevi. Sangeetha will give a special appearance and veteran composer Mani Sharma is working on the music. The film also includes noted actors like Sonu Sood and others playing crucial roles. Fans are eagerly waiting to see the father and son duo together on the big screen.
