The Jana Party took up a protest in Andhra Pradesh individually, without tying up with its ally, the BJP. The Jana Sena members have took up the activity of going to every district of the state and taking photos or videos of the roads in that place, showing to the people the kind of negligence the government is maintaining towards the maintenance of roads in the state.
Speaking of the event, Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan released a message today, saying that the event has turned out to be successful due to the various tweets the members of Jana Sena have made on Twitter. Pawan said that 6,20,000 tweets were made on Twitter on the issue, which reached more than 2.5 Crore people.
Pawan went onto explain the dilapidated state of the roads in the 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh, and showed the impact that the protest has had in the state, through the huge board that consisted pictures of roads from across the state. He said that they would lay new roads in the state, even if they had to beg, if the government didn’t respond to their protests.Pawan also thanked everyone for making their protest a success
