CL Venkat Rao responds to Samantha’s defamation case

It is known that Samantha filed defamation lawsuits against three YouTube channels and gastroenterologist Dr C.L. Venkat Rao for passing insensitive comments against her.

Some YouTube channels have shown great enthusiasm over the divorce of Samantha and Naga Chaitanya. After multiple hearings, the Kukatpally Court in Hyderabad has passed a judgement in the defamation case. The judge asked YouTube channels to remove the flagged content.

CL Venkat Rao has recently responded to this issue. Mr Rao, who took part in a TV debate, said that he is not responsible for the thumbnails. “Even if the content is given by me, they have separate people for these thumbnails. Content providers have no responsibility for the headings.”

Mr Rao said a team called SEO would work exclusively to give these headings, without even telling them what headings they were giving to the thumbnails and what photos they were using.

Many YouTube channels claimed that the actress refused to bear a child and blamed her for having extra-marital affairs.
