Manchi Rojulochaie opened to rather mixed reviews but the film managed to put up decent numbers at the box office as it banked on the Diwali weekend.
As per reports, Manchi Rojulochaie has grossed a total of Rs 5 crores in its opening weekend, which is a pretty decent number for a low-budget film.
UV Creations and GA2 Pictures bankrolled the project and they released the film on their own with their own distribution network. The makers are said to have sold off the digital and satellite rights already and recovered the full investment.
Now, the theatrical returns for the film can be considered as outright profits to the producers, which is not a bad deal by any means.
Manchi Rojulochaie is a comedy entertainer with Santosh Shobhan and Mehreen in the lead roles. The film is directed by Maruthi.
