We know Nagarjuna Akkineni and his son Naga Chaitanya have started shooting for their next film, Bangarraju in Hyderabad. Directed by Kalyan Krishna, the film is said to be a prequel to Nagarjuna’s 2016 film Soggade Chinni Nayana.
We already reported that Krithi Shetty will be playing the love interest of Naga Chaitanya in Bangarraju. The makers today shared an update that they will be unveiling the first look of Naga Lakshmi, played by the Uppena beauty, on November 18 at 10:18 AM.
Ramya Krishna will be seen as Nagarjuna’s female lead. Satyanand has written the script of the film. Anup Rubens will compose Bangarraju’s music. The technical crew includes Yuvaraj as the cinematographer.
The film will be produced under Nagarjuna’s home banner, Annapurna Studios in association with Zee Studious. Billed as a romance and family drama, ‘Bangarraju’ is aiming for a Sankranti release next year.
