Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni is out of action after he retired from international cricket. He was last seen in the Indian Premier League, where his side Chennai Super Kings won the title of the season.
Now, MSD’s fans got a reason to rejoice as his first look from the graphic novel titled Atharva: The Origin was unveiled on Wednesday. The motion poster features the ace cricketer in a rugged look and gives everyone a glimpse into the world of Atharva. It shows Dhoni’s animated avatar on a battlefield fighting off demon-like creatures.
“Happy to announce my new Avatar..Atharva. (sic),” MS Dhoni shared the first look from the series on Facebook.
Written by Ramesh Thamilmani, the series is produced by Vincent Adaikalaraj and Ashok Manor. Atharva: The Origin was announced in 2020 as an adaptation of an unpublished book by a debutant author.
