Telangana Rashtra Samithi founder, Chief Minister of Telangana KCR who is renovating the famous ‘Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple’ in Yadagirigutta popularly known as Yadadri had visited the place earlier today ahead of the reopening. He was accompanied by a few leaders during his visit to the temple.
As a massive Yagam will be performed by the priests for the temple reopening, CM KCR inspected the Yagashala and the Yadardi place. The inspection exercise was done via a helicopter. The concerned officials have informed the Chief Minister of the developments of the arrangements.
When CM KCR reached Yadadri, he was welcomed by the temple authorities and priests at the temple. He was presented with Teertha and Prasadam by the priests. Later, KCR took part in a special pooja at the temple.
The reopening of the temple which is being renovated on a big scale will be reopened on the 28th of next month. The reopening ceremony will go on for close to nine days reportedly as various events were planned by the government.
The renovation of the temple included the construction of accommodation facilities for the VIPs. Besides the dignitaries, other accommodation facilities will also arrange accommodations for devotees who visit the holy shrine.
