As announced earlier, the Andhra Pradesh Cabinet is gearing up for the reshuffle and new faces are expected to take charge as the Cabinet Ministers. To make a clear way for the same, the current Ministers have resigned as asked by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The other day, the Ministers have submitted their resignations, and approval from the Governor is awaited.
While the youngsters and Cabinet position aspirants are happy about the reshuffle as they pinned high hopes, the seniors in the party are said to be not happy about the same. A few leaders are unable to digest the ongoing developments as far as the Cabinet reshuffle is concerned.
The leaders have reportedly expressed their sadness and anguish to their followers and supporters. Recalling the service they have done to the party when YCP was in opposition, they are expressing their dissatisfaction over the same.
While a lot of discussions are going on about the alleged anger of the Ministers who resigned from their posts, a few Ministers held a secret meeting at a Minister’s chamber and a lot of issues have reportedly come up in the discussions.
As per the political circles, the meeting happened at Botsa Satyanarayana’s Chamber, and the likes of Kurasala Kanna Babu, Taneti Vanitha, and Avanthi Srinivas have attended the secret meeting. With the alleged meeting taking place just minutes after the Cabinet meeting concluded had made the political circles wonder what they might have discussed.
The seniors are reportedly not happy with losing the Cabinet positions. On top of this, the reports of a few Ministers, most probably the young leaders having high chances of getting retained in the Cabinet is not going well with them and the same issue was discussed at the meeting among the unhappy Ministers. This gave birth to a new discussion: they started looking at other parties.
After the Ministers resigned from the Cabinet posts, the visuals and pictures covered by the media show that they are visibly not happy but they are not making any comments due to various issues. Ministers like Kodali Nani, and Perni Nani gave diplomatic answers that they are ok with any decision Jagan takes.
