Now the ex-MP has her heart in Telugu politics. During her media interaction, Jaya Prada said she wants to foray into Telugu politics to serve the people. Her comments came as a surprise, as she was not seen in political life recently. Speaking to the media, Jaya Prada said that she wants to serve the people in the Telugu state.
It is known that the former actress joined the saffron party in 2019. She is taking an active part in the Uttar Pradesh wing of the party. Now she is eyeing entering the Telugu region, the region she is very familiar with.
Jaya Prada needs no introduction to politics here as she was born into a Telugu family. She learned her basics in politics in Telugu land. Her political career started with the TDP. During the transition period, she stood behind Chandrababu Naidu, though she was invited by NTR.
The experience she gained all these years might come in handy for the BJP. However, if she has to be transferred here, then she has to leave whatever she earned in Uttar Pradesh and some leader in Telangana has to sacrifice his/her position to accommodate Jaya Prada.
