The alleged gang-rape case in Hyderabad’s posh Jubilee Hills had sent shocking waves across the nation. With the reports saying that the accused might be from influential families, the issue is being discussed by one and all. The issue took a political turn with the opposition parties alleging that the children from political families might be behind this.
Adding fuel to this opinion, Telangana BJP MLA Raghunandan Rao, who is a lawyer by profession shared pictures and videos of the purported gang rape to the media and the person who leaked the videos on social media was arrested by the cops.
Several political leaders irrespective of the parties have responded to the issue and expressed their shock over the issue. It has to be mentioned here that after KTR made a tweet, the police swung into action and started looking into the matter seriously.
Now Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan also responded to the case. He said that he was in shock hearing what happened and demanded strict action. Pawan Kalyan said that strict action should be taken against them so that in the coming days no such attacks will take place.
No matter what background they have, they should not be spared and they should be slapped with strict actions. The attacks against women are increasing and we should make sure that we make this country a safe place for women, Pawan Kalyan said.
