Star director Sukumar did not think of writing ‘Pushpa’ as a story of two parts at the beginning. After shooting for a few months, they decided to split the story into two parts and released the first part in 2021. The movie ended up being a blockbuster and raised the expectations heavily on the second part.
The shooting for the second part is underway and it is expected to hit the screens in 2024. The expectations over the second part are sky high since ‘Pushpa: The Rule’ turned into a pan-Indian success.
