Nikhil’s highly anticipated pan-India thriller film “Spy” recently had its teaser launch at the iconic Kartavya Path (Raj Path) in New Delhi, marking the first-ever movie teaser launch at this landmark location. The teaser received an overwhelming response from the audience, generating immense excitement to witness the film on the big screen.
However, there are discussions about postponing the release date. Originally scheduled for a June 29th release, reports suggest that the film’s post-production work is still pending. The team is now considering rescheduling the release date, and an official announcement regarding the postponement is expected soon.
Although the film’s producer was eager to release it on June 29th, the lead actor, Nikhil Siddhartha, convinced him to delay it due to the pending work and the need for ample time for promotional activities.
The teaser of “Spy” opens with Makrand Deshpande explaining the Bhagwan Ji Files to his team-a well-guarded secret revealing the untold story of Subhash Chandra Bose, the visionary leader and freedom fighter who founded the Azad Hind Fauj. Deshpande’s character questions the official narrative of Netaji’s death in a plane crash, hinting at a conspiracy.
Nikhil plays the role of a spy assigned the task of unraveling this mystery. The teaser showcases breathtaking action sequences, intensifying the anticipation for the film. Directed by Garry BH, “Spy” features Iswarya Menon and Sanya Thakur as the female leads, while Aryan Rajesh and Abhinav Gomatam play other significant roles.
