In a massive blow, Mrs. Ramya Raghupati, the estranged wife of actor Naresh faced double shock. While the petition she filed in the court was dismissed by the court, the petition that was filed by Naresh was heard by the court and a favorable verdict was given to the senior actor.
It is known that Ramya Raghupati has been fighting against the Malli Pelli film. She moved the City civil court in Bangalore seeking directives to put a stay on the release of the film. The stay was sought not just for theatrical release but also the OTT and Satellite release in Telugu and Kannada.
However, the court dismissed the case saying that the stay can be given. The court said that the film was already certified and after the certification, the film cannot be stopped. The Civil Court gave the verdict in the injunction suit after hearing the arguments of both sides.
Talking about the second case, it was filed by actor Naresh in which he sought directives from the court to stop Ramya Raghupathi from entering the house in Nanakramguda. After going through the evidence, the court gave orders directing Ramya Raghupati to not enter the house.
The developments in the two cases are to be seen as a big relief for actor Naresh and a massive blow for Mrs. Ramya Raghupati. After going through the submitted evidence in both cases, the orders were given.
