Pawan Kalyan starrer Bro was released last week. While fans are happy to the extent that they can see vintage Pawan, the film embroiled itself in a big political controversy. No words can describe the political sensation it created. Debates and discussions were held on the film. It is not usual for us to see such things.
The political controversy started with AP Minister Ambati Ramababu strongly reacting to a character named Shyam Babu. Not happy with the character, Rambabu warned the makers and writers to be very careful or else they would have to pay a heavy price for this.
The Minister took a step ahead and said that he will make a movie on Pawan Kalyan. This did not go well with the Janasena party and they started a movie named SSS( Sandulo Sambarala Shyam Babu). The Janasena leaders ask if the Minister held such a press meet for his Ministry.
On top of this, it is also said that Ambati Rambabu leveled serious doubts and allegations against the finances of the film, like the remuneration and the business it had generated. Not stopping there, the Minister reportedly alleged financial irregularities, and Ambati is expected to take the issue to the notice of the central agencies.
What Ambati Rambabu has been doing is attracting criticism and many ask what is the need to put so much focus on a film as if there are no other issues in the state. Janasena supporters are also not happy with what has been going on in the bro controversy.
When so much is happening in the controversy, producer TG Vishwa Prasad was asked to react to this. In his recent interview, he was asked about this. However, the producer stunned everyone with his calm response. He simply said that he will not take all this seriously.
Talking about the budget and the remuneration, he said that he made a film in association with Zee Studios and they are aware of this. Everyone will know about the remuneration after I and Pawan Kalyan will file the IT returns. There is no need to tell others about this, he said.
Many say that the producer gave a calm yet strong response to the issue. Having said that he doesn’t take such things seriously, TG Vishwa Prasad reportedly said that things would be different if he took the matter seriously. I have a strong legal team and things would be different if it is used, he said.
