Megastar Chiranjeevi, Power Star Pawan Kalyan, Nandamuri Balakrishna, Nagarjuna and a few more. These are the senior star heroes in Tollywood right now. Compared to the current generation stars, these seniors are making films at a rapid pace. Barring Pawan, everyone is making the films quick ly as they are okaying a movie even before the current one releases.
Heroes like Chiru, Pawan and Balayya’s films do more than 100 crores of business. They earn big in all areas like Nizam, Andhra, Ceeded and others. Ravi Teja’s market is around 60 crores and Nagarjuna has a decent market too. The remuneration of these heroes are making the audience awestruck.
Though nothing has been announced officially, the insiders reveal that Nagarjuna takes 10 crores as remuneration while Ravi Teja gets a payment of 20-22 crores. Pawan Kalyan reportedly took 60-65 crores as remuneration and takes a share in profits. Even though the movie did not get any profits, he took home a fat paycheque. There is a talk that Megastar took home 55 crores for ‘Waltair Veerayya’.
Reports suggest that he is taking 65 crores for ‘Bholaa Shankar’. Grapevine suggests that he got any five crores additionally which summed up to 70 crores. Compared to others, it is only Balakrishna who takes a reasonable remuneration. The senior actor has taken only 18 crores till date and even if it increases, he may get around 22 crores for his next film. Whilst his films are doing exceptionally well lately, the star hero taking such a low remuneration compared to other stars is making a lot of producers happy.
