Superstar Rajnikanth’s upcoming film “Vettaiyan,” directed by T.J. Gnanavel, has created a buzz among fans. While the film’s theatrical release was earlier announced for October 10th, 2024, Rajnikanth’s recent statement has cast doubt on this date.
In a public address, Rajnikanth revealed that the dubbing process for “Vettaiyan” is ongoing, while filming for his next project, “Coolie” directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, has just begun. Notably, Rajnikanth did not confirm the release date for “Vettaiyan,” leaving fans in a state of suspense.
“Vettaiyan” boasts a stellar ensemble cast, including Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Manju Warrier, Rao Ramesh, Rohini Molleti, Ritika Singh, and Dushara Vijayan. The film is produced by Lyca Productions with music composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
Meanwhile, filming for Rajinikanth’s next venture, “Coolie,” directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, has commenced. Sun Pictures is producing the film, with Anirudh Ravichander returning as the music composer. This project also features Rana Daggubati in a pivotal role.
